Welcome to the Support Center

To streamline support requests and provide you with better service, we use a support ticket system. Each support request is assigned a unique ticket number that you can use to track progress and responses online. For your reference, we provide a complete archive and history of all your support requests.To open a ticket, a valid Sapienza Institutional email address is required (e.g., mario.rossi@uniroma1.it).

We recommend logging in with your Institutional account (Login Istituzionale); alternatively, you can use a local account (subject to prior registration by the support staff).
