Welcome to the Support Center

To streamline support requests and provide you with better service, we use a ticketing system. Each request receives a unique ticket number which allows you to track progress and responses online.

We also provide complete archives and a full history of all your support interactions. To open a ticket, a valid Sapienza Institutional email address is required (e.g., mario.rossi@uniroma1.it).

Recommended login method: use your Institutional account (Login Istituzionale). Alternatively, a local account can be used (subject to prior registration by the support staff).
